NEW FOR 2016: MEET THE EXPERT - These intimate sessions will give students the opportunity to discuss specific issues and cases with their chosen expert amongst a small group.

The registration fees are as follows:

Note: To qualify for the ECCR Member rate you should have completed a Membership Application Form; please note, although this is free, your application must be approved by the Committee

*All students will be required to share a twin room. 

REGISTRATION INCLUDES: ACCESS TO ALL SCIENTIFIC SESSIONS AND CONFERENCE MATERIALS, HOTEL ACCOMMODATION FROM THURSDAY THROUGH TO SUNDAY IN A SINGLE (STUDENTS IN TWIN) ENSUITE ROOM (3 NIGHTS) AND MEALS FROM FRIDAY BREAKFAST THROUGH TO SUNDAY LUNCH.

Please note that the above registration fees are inclusive of VAT 

We are unable to offer a reduced registration fee for delegates who do not require accommodation or all meals during the conference. It will NOT be possible to register on site - advance registration is essential. Registration for this meeting will close 30th September 2016.

OFF-LINE:
 To register OFF-LINE please print off and fill in the Registration Form and email this to eccr@hamptonmedical.com or fax back to the secretariat at +44 (0)1920 88 5102 along with the relevant payment.

All registrations must be accompanied by the appropriate payment

 

REGISTRATION PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • This conference is being organised by Hampton Medical on behalf of the European Council for Cardiovascular Research.  Cheques should be made payable to:

  • Card payments can be made by credit card: Visa or MasterCard
  • Unfortunately we are unable to accept payment by American Express and dedit card
  • All administration fees for card payments are included in the registration fee
  • Card payments cannot be taken by telephone as written authorisation is required.
  • Should you wish to receive an invoice or pay via BACS/Cheque please complete a manual registration form and send this to the Conference secretariat. 

REGISTRATION FEE CANCELLATIONS

In the event of cancellation of registration by the delegate, the registration fee (inclusive of VAT) will be refunded after the meeting providing we have written confirmation of your cancellation. Your registration fees will be refunded at the following rates:

On or before 20th August 2016 75% of your registration fee will be refunded.
After 20th August 2016 we regret NO refunds will be made however, name substitutions will be accepted at any time.  

CONFIRMATION AND FINAL CONFERENCE INFORMATION

Written confirmation and a receipt for payment will be sent to all registered delegates on completion of their registration.
